We have been consulting the Israeli 470 team of Gil Cohen since 2013. The challenges were mainly communicational with the variety of stakeholders. A part of our work was mental preparation and weather analysis during events which yielded a win at the 2021 mixed 470 worlds.

Any national team will benefit if the federation takes an active role in supporting development sailors. Â The jump from development to senior is always large and a trial for the sailors, so that to be in the system with a continuity of coaching methods and systems is a big advantage for the younger sailor.
